Position: Product Development & Design Engineer

Location: Penticton, British Columbia.

Seeking an experienced individual for the design, engineering, testing and certification of wood and gas heating appliances. The successful candidate will combine a flair for design with scientific methodology, be familiar with wood and gas combustion, heating systems, and steel fabrication. Must be a team player - willing to get involved in all aspects including production. Be organized, meticulous, a self starter and good at documentation. Familiarity with 3-D modeling, Solid Works, spreadsheets, costing, and project management important. Candidate must be able to travel between Canada and US.

Position: Technical Support - Customer Service

Location: Penticton, British Columbia

Handling technical phone calls, troubleshooting, warranty, & sales. Aid in research and development. Minimal travel. NFI, WETT certification, gas ticket, HVAC or wood and gas heating systems experience an asset. Must be computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional training provided in house.
